Adam Grimes brings over three decades of real-world market experience to MarketLife. He’s traded stocks, futures, options, currencies, and crypto for hedge funds and proprietary trading firms, and spent time on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). After working as an advisor and trainer for major institutions and funds, he founded MarketLife to share that depth of experience with serious private traders.

Adam is also the author of The Art and Science of Technical Analysis, a widely respected reference on market structure and trading psychology. Today, he leads MarketLife's research and education programs, translating institutional methods into practical frameworks for serious private traders.
